Noris Chavarría is an ICF PCC-certified executive coach, speaker, and founder of Queer Compass Institute, building leadership authority for gay and queer men of color who are done leading quietly.
Noris Chavarría (he/him) is an ICF PCC-certified executive coach, speaker, facilitator, and founder based in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. He is the founder of Queer Compass Institute, a leadership development and coaching organization built specifically for LGBTQ+ BIPOC professionals and the organizations that serve them; Bloom Social Club, a curated community events brand expanding across California; and SuciaAF, a queer Latino lifestyle brand. His work is focused on building authentic authority — coaching gay and queer men of color to lead from who they actually are, not a performance of who rooms need them to be.
Noris Chavarría (he/him) is an ICF PCC-certified executive coach, speaker, facilitator, founder, and content creator based in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. He is the founder of three interconnected ventures: Queer Compass Institute (QCI), a coaching and leadership development organization serving LGBTQ+ BIPOC leaders and the organizations that support them; Bloom Social Club, a curated in-person community events brand for gay and queer men of color in leadership across California cities; and SuciaAF, a queer Latino lifestyle brand built for gay men who take up space without apology.
Noris’s coaching and facilitation work is built at the intersection of identity, authority, and leadership — specifically for professionals who have spent years navigating rooms that weren’t designed for them and are ready to lead from their full selves. His approach is direct, grounded in lived experience, and built around the belief that real leadership development has to be specific to work.
He holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and brings a background in fitness coaching, nonprofit sector engagement, and digital product development to his practice. He is active on TikTok and Instagram as @socialartivista, where he hosts a morning live series and builds community with gay men of color navigating leadership and life. He is also the author of a completed book manuscript, The Compass Within.
