Noris Chavarría started where most leadership development doesn’t: inside the rooms where gay and queer men of color are the most qualified people present and still have to negotiate the right to take up space. He didn’t adapt generic content to fit this work. He built the work from scratch, from lived experience.
As an ICF PCC-certified executive coach, he has spent over a decade developing leaders who operate at the intersection of identity, authority, and impact — men who are done code-switching, done performing, and ready to lead from who they actually are.
His work spans 1:1 coaching, leadership facilitation, digital product development, and community building across California and virtually. He is the founder of Queer Compass Institute, Bloom Social Club, and SuciaAF — three ventures that together create a full ecosystem of coaching, community, and culture for gay men of color in leadership.
