About Noris
For two decades I’ve served communities of color and LGBTQ‑owned and led businesses. As a gay, neurodivergent Latino and son of immigrants, I know what it means to feel unseen. When a former employer denied me a mental‑health accommodation at the height of the pandemic, I committed to reclaiming my voice and helping others do the same. Today my coaching and consulting practice empowers leaders to lead authentically and grow sustainably.
