Noris Chavarría (he/him/él) is a PCC-certified executive coach, facilitator, and speaker with over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience. He is the founder of Queer Compass Institute — a coaching, programs, and tools platform for LGBTQ+ BIPOC leaders — and Bloom Social Club, a monthly in-person community gathering for gay and queer men of color across Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Oakland.
As a gay, Latino, and neurodivergent leader, Noris’s work sits at the intersection of identity, leadership, and community. His coaching practice centers on presence, authenticity, and the specific pressures navigated by gay and queer men of color in executive and entrepreneurial roles.
