About
Noris
Chavarria
I’m the founder of Queer Compass Institute and Bloom Social Club — two platforms built to do what most professional development spaces have never done for us: center our full identities as gay and queer leaders of color.
I coach professionals navigating leadership transitions, executive presence, and the complex work of building authority as their whole selves. Everything here is built from frameworks I use with real clients — nothing generic, nothing borrowed from spaces that weren’t made for us.
Bloom Social Club is the community layer — recurring gatherings for gay and queer men of color, monthly in Los Angeles and expanding nationally. These are the rooms that didn’t exist. So we built them.
