After the Climb
For gay men of color who have made it — and are starting to ask what it all means.
You did the work. You built the career. You broke through rooms that weren’t designed to hold you.
And somewhere at the top — quietly, usually when no one’s watching — a question started surfacing that your resume can’t answer:
What’s next?
Not the next role. The next chapter. The next version of the man behind the title.
After the Climb is a 90-minute virtual session for gay men of color in senior and executive leadership — capped at 12 men, facilitated with intention, built around the conversation most professional spaces will never make room for.
We’ll talk about identity after achievement. Values and the decisions they’re supposed to be driving. What it looks like to build what comes next on your own terms — not the terms you inherited from a survival script written for a younger version of yourself.
This is not a webinar. Not a networking event. Not a leadership seminar that wasn’t built for you and doesn’t know it.
This is the room.
Spots are intentionally limited. Add your name and we’ll be in touch when registration opens.
