Bring your laptop. Bring whatever you’re working on. \nThe format is simple. You arrive\, your dog settles in\, and we get to work. At some point in the morning Noris opens the room — you share your name\, what you’re working on\, and what you need. Then heads down. Then we close with a quick help and offer round before noon. \nYour dog gets the park. Knowing when to speak\, when to soften\, when to shrink\, and when to perform confidence even when you’re exhausted. \nOver time\, that kind of visibility creates a tax. \nAnd most leadership spaces never talk about it. \nWhat Is Empower Hour?\nEmpower Hour is a FREE monthly one-hour gathering for gay and queer men of color who want to navigate life\, leadership\, ambition\, and identity more intentionally.
