But navigating professional spaces as a gay man of color comes with a particular kind of weight. The code-switching. The rooms that weren’t designed with you in mind. The quiet question underneath it all: how much of myself can I actually bring here?
This April, Bloom Social Club creates the space to stop performing and start arriving — as yourself, fully.
What This Is
Show Up and Be Seen is an intimate, facilitated conversation for gay men of color — executives, entrepreneurs, artists, nonprofit leaders, government leaders, and community builders — who are done feeling alone at the top.
This is not a workshop. There’s no curriculum, no presenter, no one talking at you. It’s a room where real conversations happen — where the men who walked in as strangers leave as community.
We’ll explore what presence actually looks and feels like for us — on our own terms. How to lead with authority without losing yourself. How to be visible without becoming a performance. And what it means to belong in the rooms you’ve worked so hard to get into.

About Bloom Social Club
Bloom Social Club is a community for gay men of color to connect, build genuine relationships, and support one another’s growth. Our gatherings are intentionally curated, intimate by design, and rooted in the belief that community is not a luxury — it’s how we sustain ourselves. This is the fourth gathering in our 2026 series. Each month, we gather around a theme that reflects where we actually are — not where we’re supposed to be.
