About Noris

My Story

I am Noris Chavarría (he/him/él, sometimes “zaddy”!).

I’ve spent over 20 years in nonprofit fundraising and executive leadership and 13+ years coaching professionals and entrepreneurs.

As a Latino, gay and neurodivergent leader, I’ve navigated spaces that often failed to acknowledge my full self.

In 2020, when I was denied a mental‑health accommodation, I decided to create the supportive environment I needed. That decision birthed Noris Knows—an organization dedicated to empowering leaders to lead authentically and embrace their identities.

My Approach

Holistic & Intersectional – Your lived experience informs how you lead. I celebrate intersectionality and design coaching that honors culture, race, gender and neurodiversity.

Results‑Oriented – My fundraising and consulting work has helped organizations build sustainable campaigns, engage boards and expand donor bases. I bring that strategic mindset into coaching—helping you set goals, measure progress and achieve lasting change.

Safe & Judgment‑Free Space – I create environments where clients can be vulnerable, honest and supported. Authentic leadership starts with being seen and heard.
